Technology transfer

The MVM core business is cold metal stamping and at the same time the supply of technological solutions applied to cold deformation, assembly, design and construction of production lines or special equipments (manual or automatic comprehensive of PLC). The development plan for new products, special machinery or production reorganization is elaborated starting from the choice of the productive site or from the optimization of the lay-out if pre-existing. In cooperation with our network of companies, we define the typology and the capabilities of the necessary equipments and factory facilities.

The cold stamping technology transfer consists in training the customer staff at MVM (with our equipments) or in training on others’ production sites.

Different technologies are transferred thanks to the availability of 30 years experienced technical staff.

Our technical departments develop new technological applications thanks to the external collaborations with Universities and private research centres.

MVM has experience in heterogenous sectors and our staff can offer a complete advising service addressed to support internationalization or technological investment and acquisition of know how.We have cooperated and supplied technological solutions for investments of Italian entrepreneurs in Russia, Moldova, Rumania, Poland and Egypt.We have supplied productive solutions “turnkey” (i.e. investment planning and production lay out, engineering, special equipments, training of the staff) for foreign companies in Europe, North Africa and Asia.
